We have established an advanced internal product testing and verification laboratory, formulating internal testing specifications that far exceed通用标准 (common standards) like ISO and EN. Every new product and batch-produced item undergoes destructive, fatigue, and reliability verification,彻底消灭 (completely eliminating) quality risks before leaving the factory.
Our
fatigue life testing machines
can perform accelerated life tests on core moving parts of strength equipment, such as lever arms, connecting shafts, and seat adjustment mechanisms,模拟 (simulating) over a decade of high-frequency use. The machine repeatedly executes动作 (movements) tens or even hundreds of thousands of times at frequencies and loads higher than normal use. Any material fatigue, structural loosening, or performance degradation cannot escape detection.
Static load testing
检验 (tests) the product's ultimate load-bearing safety margin. For example, for a squat rack rated for 500 kg, our test would gradually load it to 1.5 times or even 2 times its rated capacity, maintaining the load for a set duration to observe if there is any permanent deformation or failure sign. This ensures the product can still protect the user's safety under extreme accidental conditions.
Furthermore, environmental适应性测试 (adaptability testing) is a crucial part. We place samples in constant temperature and humidity chambers to simulate high-temperature/high-humidity or low-temperature/dry environments, testing涂层附着力 (coating adhesion) and material stability. Salt spray tests assess the equipment's long-term corrosion resistance.
The role of MLSfit's internal laboratory is like the product's "drill sergeant." Only products that pass these rigorous "trials" are qualified to bear the MLSfit logo and enter the market.
