We internally implement safety specifications far exceeding common international standards.
For instance, the safety factor we apply to all load-bearing structural components is 1.5 times the industry常规标准 (conventional standard). Our fatigue testing is not a simple "pass/fail" but records complete data curves, analyzes material performance degradation models, and optimizes designs accordingly. We have participated in drafting and revising sections related to fitness equipment safety in multiple Chinese轻工行业标准 (Light Industry Standards), transforming our accumulated test data and practical experience into shared wealth for the industry.
In the certification field, we pursue the most comprehensive international recognition.
Before any new product launch, it must not only pass Chinese National Standards (GB) and China Sporting Goods Quality Certification but is also proactively submitted to obtain EU CE certification, German TÜV certification, US UL-related standard testing, etc. This "multi-certification" strategy is not for marketing gimmicks but to ensure that regardless of where the product is sold globally, its safety has been verified by the strictest third-party institutions.
We established the industry's first "Full Lifecycle Safety File."
Each piece of equipment leaving the factory has a unique QR code on its nameplate. Scanning it allows users not only to view basic specifications but also access detailed safety usage guides for that model, a checklist for regular self-inspection, and suggested inspection cycles for key structural components. We are even developing an AR (Augmented Reality)-assisted maintenance application to guide gym staff in performing preventative safety checks.
