Supply chain management is the first quality gate. We implement strict supplier qualification certification and tiered management for core suppliers. This goes beyond auditing documents; we dispatch quality engineers for on-site audits of their production processes and quality control systems. For critical raw materials like steel, bearings, and paint, we insist on inbound re-inspection; only合格后方可 (after passing) can they enter production,杜绝 (eliminating) quality risks at the source.

The internal manufacturing process relies on the previously mentioned digital MES system, standardized operations, and multiple inspections (self-check, mutual check, specialized check). Before leaving the factory, every piece of strength equipment must undergo 100% final inspection.
