The Core is "Contextual Awareness" Capability.
The next generation of MLSfit intelligent equipment will be equipped with multi-modal sensor arrays, capable of sensing not only weight, speed, and power but also evaluating user heart rate, facial expressions (judging exertion level), and even微小震颤 (micro-tremors) in movement (assessing stability and fatigue) via non-contact sensors. The equipment will no longer be a passive tool but a "training partner" that perceives the user's state.
AI-Based Personalized Adaptive Resistance.
Future intelligent weight systems will go beyond simple weight selection. They will dynamically adjust the resistance curve during the movement based on the user's real-time state, historical data, and daily training goals. For example, providing微小的助力 (subtle assistance) to突破 (break through) the "sticking point" in a bench press, or intelligently increasing load during the eccentric phase of movement return for better muscle刺激 (stimulation). Training plans will evolve from fixed "checklists" into dynamic "conversations."
Creating a Seamless "Human-Machine-Venue" Connected Experience.
Upon entering the gym, the user is identified by a facial recognition system, and their frequently used equipment (e.g., chest press machine) automatically adjusts the seat height and weight plates to their personal preset. During training, data syncs to the cloud in real-time; personal trainers can view all trainees' real-time training dashboards from the management terminal and provide remote guidance. Post-training, the system automatically generates an electronic report containing video analysis (compliantly recorded by built-in cameras), data interpretation, and recommendations.
