In selecting welding materials, we use specialized welding wire matching or exceeding the base metal's strength. This ensures the mechanical properties of the weld zone are not inferior to the base material, preventing it from becoming a structural weak point. For core load-bearing frames, such as squat rack uprights and leg press main bodies, we predominantly use
robotic Gas Metal Arc Welding (MAG/GMAW)
. Robotic welding offers stable parameters and consistent travel speed, ensuring uniform weld width, penetration depth, and forming连续、均匀、内质致密的焊缝 (continuous, uniform, and internally dense welds). Their tensile and shear strength far surpass ordinary manual arc welding.
For special structures and stress concentration areas, we apply various reinforcement techniques. For example, at T-joints between beams and uprights, we perform not only double-sided welding but also install internal reinforcement gussets inside to分散应力 (disperse stress) using the principle of triangular stability. Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing (UT)
sampling mechanism. Like performing an "ultrasound," this detects internal weld defects invisible to the naked eye, such as porosity, slag inclusion, or lack of fusion, ensuring "zero internal injuries."
